Lakeside Introduces the Dual Temperature Transport Carts
Overcome the daily challenges of maintaining safe temperatures to serve quality food to your customers with Lakeside's new Dual Temperature Transport Carts. These carts maintain bulk foods at safe temperatures during transport, whether chilled or heated. Compartments are thermostatically controlled to hold heated food at or above 140 dergees, and chilled foods below 40 degrees. Insulated compartments will hold temperatures up to 30 minutes, even when the unit is not running. External LCD thermometers are light powered, so internal temperatures can be monitored when the unit is unplugged. In addition to cooled and heated, compartment configurations are available in heated/heated, cold/cold, and heated/ambient.
