Need: The school required a kiosk style condiment station to relieve lunch waiting lines, featuring double sided access, high product capacity with a decorative look, and mobility for repositioning and storage.

Solution: Lakeside designed a variation of the E-Z Serve Volpak condiment stations featuring the customer’s choice of decorative laminate over a stainless steel base, fold-down solid surface tray styles, and an extended cabinet length adding capacity.
Need: The consultant wanted a heavy-duty enclosed cart to transport patient trays to remote sites on the medical campus, with a tow hitch system to accommodate tractor towing of several units at once.
Solution: Lakeside created a variation of the Premier Series tray carts with large, wide cushion-tread casters, bottom-mount tow hitch system, unique top-access positive latch (to prevent accidental door opening due to unit flex during outdoor transport), and blue accent trim.
Need: The stadium requested a medium-duty utility cart for transport from service area to stadium suites, combining the open access, durability and cleanability of stainless steel with the elegance of an attractive and sturdy quartz top.

Solution: Lakeside added a quartz top with the customer’s choice of pattern and custom dual tubular push handles to a Medium-Duty angle leg cart.
Need: The chain needed a display rack for fresh bakery item that could be loaded from front and back sides, and could be moved from the kitchen to the back counter area.

Solution: Lakeside designed an upright unit with stainless steel and expoxy powder coated steel with built-in lighting and a pull-down ‘shade’ front cover.
